    C.  Press check-out and fill in the required information

    D. We will contact you for order confirmation and send you actual product photos of your purchase via WhatsApp

    F.  After confirmation, we will arrange delivery time with you

  • 2. Why does my order look different from pictures online | 產品差異

    Every plant is unique. We have taken care to describe and show items as accurately as possible. Despite this, subtle variations in colour, texture, finish and size may occur. 

    我們盡可能謹慎地、準確地描述及展示每件商品,但每一棵植物都是獨一無二的,每件商品的顏色、質感、大小等都可能有輕微的差異。

  • 3. How do I review the actual product of my purchase| 實物預灠

    Before confirming your order and delivery, please do not hesitate to drop us a request for actual photo via WhatsApp. Please also feel free to visit our store in Yuen Long any time.

    在確認你的訂單及送貨前,歡迎透過WhatsApp 向我們查詢你所選購的植物的實物圖。亦歡迎隨時光臨我們在元朗的花場。

  • 4. How much does delivery cost | 運費

    We provide delivery service to HK Island, Kowloon and New Territories. Delivery cost would depend on the size, quantity and delivery location of your order. Please find the quotation shown after filling the delivery information.  For delivery without elevator access, additional HKD$50 per story would be charged (15 steps per story).

    我們為居住九龍、新界及香港島的客顧提供送貨服務。服務收費按地點、商品數量及大小而異,請參閱結賬前系統所顯示的報價。如大廈無電梯,將每層樓梯另收 港幣$50 附加費,15級樓梯為一層。

  • 5. Is there free delivery service | 免運服務

    We offer *free delivery for HK customers with purchase HKD$1800 or more in one transaction, (Location limited to HK Island, Kowloon and New Territories** only.  For delivery without elevator access, additional HKD$50 per story would be charged. 

    凡購物滿港幣1800元,即可獲*免費送貨服務(只限於香港島、九龍區、新界區**)
    如大廈無電梯,將每層樓梯另收 港幣$50 附加費,15級樓梯為一層。

    *FREE DELIVERY does not apply to orders that requires the Specific date delivery service. 
    *免費送貨服務不適用於指定日子送貨服務。
    **Additional HKD $150 delivery fee is applied to all Discovery Bay orders.
    **愉景灣需額外收取$150運費。

  • 6. When will my order be delivered | 出貨時間

    Once the order and payment have been confirmed, the order will be delivered to the your address within 7-14days. We will contact you within 3 days in advance to confirm date and time

    確認訂單後,貨品將於7-14天內送到指定地點。我們將於出貨前3天內與你再次確認送貨時間。

  • 7. What is the charge for Specific Date Delivery Service | 指定日子送貨服務收費

    We offer a specific date delivery service to those who wishes to send friends or family a gift on a special day. 

    - A delivery fee of HKD$300 is applied to orders under HKD$1800

    - A delivery fee of HKD$150 is applied to orders above HKD$1800


    * Please contact us for public holidays delivery quotation.

    我們為希望在特別日子向朋友或家人送禮的客人提供指定日子送貨服務。

    - HKD$1800 以下的訂單將收取 HKD$300 的指定日子運費。

    - 超過 HKD$1800 的訂單將收取 HKD$150 的指定日子運費 。

    *紅日需另行報價

  • 8. Is there express delivery | 特快送貨服務

    For express delivery within 7 days, additional cost would be charged. Please contact us for quotation.

    我們另設7天內特快送貨服務,請聯絡我們查詢所需附加費。

  • 9. Can I change my delivery time and location |更改送貨詳情

    If you would like to rearrange your delivery, please contact us min. 3 working days in advance to avoid additional service charge. Delivery cost would be updated accordingly in case of change of delivery address.

    As time would be needed to process and rearrange logistics, you may expect delay for another 7 days.

    如果你想更改送貨時間及地點,請於出貨前不少於3個工作天聯絡我們,以避免額外收費。運費亦可能因應地址更新而有所調整。由於重新安排送貨需時,如更改送貨詳情,收貨日期可能會比原來延遲7天。

  • 10. What if I want to modify my order | 更改訂單

    If you need to make a change to your order please contact us as soon as possible.We process orders quickly but will do our best to address your request.

    如果你想更改已確認訂單,請盡快聯絡我們,我們將盡量處理你的要求。

  • 11. What if I receive a defective item on arrival | 貨品有損壞

    In the unlikely event a plant is received dead or damaged on arrival, please refuse the delivery and request us to replace with the correct item.

    我們盡量確保貨品質量及安全送貨服務。請於確認收貨前,仔細檢查貨品。
    如有任何損壞,請勿收貨,並聯絡我們安排換貨。

  • 12. Return & Exchange | 退換貨品

    Every plant is unique and we do our best to ensure arrival of happy and healthy plants and products. Please check carefully on arrival.

    In the unlikely event a plant is received dead or damaged on arrival, it will always be replaced.Please refuse the delivery and contact us via WhatsApp immediately if that happens.

    If you find your recent purchase unsatisfactory, please contact us and we would provide assistance as soon as possible.

    我們盡量確保貨品質量及安全送貨服務。請於確認收貨前,仔細檢查貨品。如有任何損壞,請勿收貨,並聯絡我們安排換貨。如你對購物體驗有任何意見,請隨時聯絡我們,我們將盡量提供協助。
